Juliet, a hospice nurse, takes on the role of caregiver for Lillian, an elderly woman living alone in a secluded home. While Lillian appears warm and pleasant, her terminal illness casts a shadow over the situation. As the night unfolds, Juliet begins to sense an unsettling presence lurking in the house, raising her alarm. The atmosphere shifts from comfort to tension, as she realizes that both she and Lillian may be in peril from an unseen threat.
