Wes Merritt and his teenage daughter, Natalie, are surprised by the unexpected challenges of their new old home, once owned by the sweet Mrs. Ashboro and her beloved cat, Margaret. As they settle in, eerie occurrences begin to unfold, leading them to believe that Margaret's spirit lingers on since her passing coincided with Mrs. Ashboro's. The mystery deepens as they uncover the reasons behind the cat's spectral return, forcing Wes and Natalie to confront their fears and unravel the connection between the past and their new life.
