In the midst of World War II, a team of allied troops is dispatched to a covert nuclear bunker held by Nazi Germany to investigate its activities. However, they soon realize the bunker is overrun with aggressive, zombie-like super-humans resulting from a failed nuclear experiment. Faced with this terrifying threat, the soldiers must eliminate every one of these monstrous beings if they hope to escape with their lives.
