Major Benson, known for his bluntness, faces a tough decision: leave the Army or revitalize the struggling ROTC program at Sheridan Academy before it faces a critical inspection. At the academy, he finds himself managing a lively group of three hundred cadets, each with their own unique charm and mischief. Alongside the challenge of molding these young recruits, he also meets a female doctor who offers the perfect remedy for his cantankerous demeanor.
