During a festive gathering, a family's holiday spirit turns into a nightmare when an unseen attacker laces their Christmas punch with a potent military-grade drug. As the effects of the drug take hold, the family members must confront escalating paranoia and chaos, grappling not only with their altered states but also with each other.
