Driss and Zahra abandon their coastal fishing village, rushing their six-year-old son Ayoub to Casablanca’s public emergency room. There, they unexpectedly cross paths with Driss’s estranged brother, Houcine—a man they’ve long clashed with. The doctor delivers a grim diagnosis: a critical brain condition demanding urgent intervention. What follows is a grueling, soul-draining ordeal that tests each of them to their limits.
