In "The Exorcist," a delightful 12-year-old girl suddenly exhibits unsettling behaviors, adopting the voices and traits of various entities. Medical professionals are baffled and declare that there is no solution. As fatalities start to occur around her, the girl's mother comes to a harrowing conclusion: her daughter is under the influence of demonic possession. The only chance for salvation rests with two priests who are called upon to perform a time-honored exorcism ritual to confront the malevolent force within her.
