Former Quantrill's Raider Murphy, freshly released from prison alongside his friend Cooper, finds a new purpose as a deputy Arizona Ranger. Their mission? Track down the remnants of their old gang, believed to be lurking near the border, according to a gossiping saloon dancer. The duo discovers the gang hiding out in an Indian mission and devise a plan to infiltrate them. However, their ruse is soon uncovered, leading to a brutal confrontation where Cooper sacrifices himself to protect Murphy’s true intentions.
