Kyoko, the youngest daughter of the unassuming Nonomiya family, finds herself at the center of a marriage scheme orchestrated by her sisters. Eldest sister Momoko is married to Mihara Shoji's president, while Riko, the second sister, is wed to the managing director. Their plan is to pair Kyoko with Saburo, the Mihara family's third son. Frustrated by the pressure to marry, Kyoko firmly declares her intent to remain single. However, as she navigates her feelings, she unexpectedly starts to develop a connection with Saburo, challenging her initial resolve.
