A young martial artist named Bruce Li finds himself ensnared in a treacherous money scheme. When he stands his ground and refuses to return the stolen cash, the gang retaliates by abducting his girlfriend and imprisoning her in the notorious Tower of Death. Faced with a harrowing choice, he must either witness her demise from the tower's peak or engage in a fierce battle against skilled opponents across seven challenging levels to rescue her.
