During Melbourne’s 2020 lockdown, impulsive young musician Ada escapes to a coastal property in rural NSW. There she encounters Josh, a washed-up musician living across the road. Determined to salvage a disappointing year, Ada convinces the reluctant Josh to help her record music. Through their uneasy collaboration and shared isolation, they push each other to confront their own limits, eventually discovering the transformation they each desperately need.
