Michael is desperate for a transformation in his life. Upon discovering clinical trials for a new anti-depressant, he eagerly enrolls, keeping it a secret from his family. When the trial is halted due to severe side effects, he stubbornly persists with the medication. As the drugs take hold, Michael's suppressed instincts erupt in a shocking display of violence and chaos, spiraling him into a dark descent that leaves those around him unprepared for the consequences.
