In 1908, Pascali, a disillusioned spy working for the Sultan, finds himself in a state of ennui as his reports to Istanbul go unnoticed. His monotonous existence is disrupted by the arrival of a British archaeologist, whose intentions raise Pascali's suspicions. As he delves deeper into the archaeologist's true motives, the line between loyalty and betrayal begins to blur. Amidst the backdrop of a culturally rich island, Pascali confronts his own sense of purpose and the shifting tides of history.
