Natalie, a talented photographer in New York, battles her demons through her evocative art. Facing financial hardship, she reluctantly accepts a lucrative assignment in Boston, unaware that it comes from her estranged brother, Roy, who is gay. Roy hopes to reconcile their fractured relationship, but first, he must persuade Natalie to remain long enough to confront their painful history and seek healing.
