Kezban (1968)

After losing her mother, village girl Kezban is stunned when a stranger arrives, claiming to be her father and taking her away. She has no idea he's actually her parent, thinking instead she's heading to a wealthy relative. Once there, the household humiliates her for being a simple villager. Hurt but not broken, Kezban makes a fierce decision: she will educate herself and transform her life, no matter what.
