In the secluded beauty of Laurel Canyon, Heather seeks refuge from her troubled past, moving away from her ex-husband to focus on her writing. However, her sister Karen experiences a vivid dream warning of danger, sparking concern. As Heather settles in, she encounters Marcus, a charming neighbor Daniel, and her landlord Michael, who all complicate her new life.
