On day two, fashion-savvy Sam and Emma aim to impress with an extravagant themed night, even spray-painting a beef Wellington in gold. Finally, Alex and Richard, cool and organized, reveal they've maintained a dinner party diary since 1992, having hosted over 500 events. But who is this mysterious 'Bear'?
