Virginia has taken a position with Alison's charity. When David confides in Alison about his dissatisfaction with his job, she proposes he consider working at the trust. Meanwhile, David decides to call off his affair and advises Sarah that Phil isn’t the right match for her. However, Phil is aware that David isn’t exactly in a position to give relationship advice.
