Carl is determined to reunite his family, and that means eliminating Norma once and for all. However, he quickly discovers that Norma is a formidable opponent. Meanwhile, Frank decides to help out with Shane's ice cream van, which the Maguires use as a front for their dealing operations, providing an endless supply of E's. But as they get deeper into the scheme, complications begin to arise.
