Clay For Mr Farthing (S01E09)

Mr. Wantage and Fred wrap up their tasks in Trumpton and head over to the Chigley pottery to fix Harry Farthing's phone. Upon arrival, they discover that the issue stems from clay lodged in the receiver holder. Harry then showcases his bowl-making process. The postal engineers mention that a significant amount of clay was excavated during the construction of the new telephone exchange and offer Harry a ride to the exchange in their van. They inform him he can take all the clay, but the question remains: how will they transport it back to the pottery?
