However, when Link is assigned to a different location, Phoebe becomes reluctant to see him leave. Determined to change his mind, she plans one last night together. Meanwhile, Max enlists Billy and Nora's assistance in his quest to create a chili that can outshine Mrs. Wong's in a televised cooking competition.
