The Torridon, Scotland (S03E02)

Monica Galetti and Giles Coren head to the Scottish Highlands to lend a hand at The Torridon, the northernmost five-star hotel in the UK. To help the establishment maintain its luxurious offerings while being self-sufficient, Monica gathers seaweed for the kitchen and assists in herding Highland cattle. At the same time, Giles tackles the task of changing toilet seats and joins the hotel staff for a refreshing swim in the stunning, yet icy, loch during their afternoon break.
