Ignacio shares some sage advice with Vincent regarding Maxine. As Gillian and Peter reflect on the early days of their relationship, they find their connection rekindled. After experiencing a hallucination about her mother's death in the hospital, Maxine decides to leave against her doctor's advice, opting not to go through with the bypass surgery.
