At City Hall, the Mayor discovers an abandoned baby and brings it in. Meanwhile, Mike's ex-girlfriends share their thoughts on him. In an attempt to address his sexual issues, the Mayor sends James to a psychiatrist. Mike expresses his desire to adopt the baby, but his meeting with the social worker doesn't go as planned. To enhance his performance, the Mayor resorts to taking Viagra. Additionally, Nikki struggles to confess her feelings for Mike, finding it difficult to articulate her emotions.
