Richard takes Heather to a local plumbing salvage yard, hoping owner Fran Fahey will trade a classic clawfoot tub and pedestal sink for some fancy radiators that are no longer needed. The basement renovation reaches a key milestone as the new floor is poured, and Tom and Dan quickly get to work framing the new rooms.
