In this episode, Norm and Kevin return to Cape Ann, specifically the charming riverside town of Essex, Massachusetts, for their second project of the season. They encounter a 1935 English-style cottage nestled in the woods, owned by John and Julie Corcoran, who aim to transform it into an accessible in-law suite for Julie's elderly parents.
