When the new windows arrive, contractor Rich Groden discusses their features and installation process. We also explore the kitchen, where designer Cecilia Luaces reveals her exciting plans. Lastly, we visit a small factory in Miami, where custom cement tiles are being crafted to replace the damaged clay tiles on the house.
