Tommy enlists an excavator to start laying the foundation for the new porch. Meanwhile, Norm meets with homeowner Katherine and kitchen designer Linda Cloutier in the newly opened kitchen to explore the layout. They then visit Linda's showroom to review cabinet and countertop options. Kevin assists Tommy and his team in framing the new closet and bathroom for the master suite. On the third floor, to address ice damage throughout the house, Tommy uses a large vacuum to remove the old fiberglass insulation. Back on the second floor, Norm and Tommy adjust an existing door to fit the smaller opening for the kids' bathroom.
