Hunting for the One (S11E01)

Emily and Ken are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their baby and are on the lookout for an ideal suburban home near their family. After their condo sold faster than they thought, they're temporarily living in her sister's basement while house hunting. With a narrow focus on just a few blocks, they find it challenging to locate a fixer-upper. Eventually, Jonathan takes on the task of turning an old property into a stunning mid-century modern creation, but he quickly encounters unexpected expenses that arise even before any renovations begin.
