The Property Brothers step in to assist them in locating an affordable dream house that can be renovated swiftly. However, with a budget that falls short of their hopes, Drew and Jonathan face challenges in convincing the couple about the potential of a fixer-upper. After much deliberation, they narrow it down to two major renovation options, but time is tight as Jonathan has just six weeks to finish. Complications arise during the home inspection, uncovering foundation issues that inflate the costs, and demolition proves tougher than expected. As they juggle parenting and renovations, stress mounts, and Jonathan encounters a setback when a centerpiece counter won’t fit through the front door.
