Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo, and Fred Sirieix embark on an adventure in San Francisco, the vibrant heart of the United States. Their journey kicks off with an exploration of cannabis-infused cooking, a trend that emerged after legalization in California in 2018. However, during an unconventional afternoon tea, Gino indulges a bit too much, leading to some hilarious moments, especially when they head to a goat yoga class next. The trio then ventures to the Pacific coast to dig for clams, enjoy a hot air balloon ride over a vineyard, and visit a Chinatown factory to see how fortune cookies are made. A friendly competition soon ensues to see who can bake the most cookies in just 60 seconds.
