Lou travels to Albuquerque, New Mexico’s largest city, to immerse himself in the world of the Burqueños, a rapidly expanding prison gang known for their violent and clandestine recruitment tactics. During his stay, he uncovers the growing influence of the Burqueños, which poses a serious threat to their blood rival, TCK. Determined to land a rare interview with Jeff Padilla, the intimidating gangster and alleged leader of the Burqueños, Lou faces significant challenges due to the gang's stringent code of silence, making his task even more daunting.
