Michael organizes a carnival-themed open house in hopes of selling his most significant listing of the season, praying that some kids will attend before things go awry. Meanwhile, Ryan is scrambling to keep his Fashion Week party in check, as he needs to impress the owner, Ken, to maintain his hold on a $25 million apartment. Fredrik takes the opportunity to guide his junior broker, Justin, using a new listing in Gramercy. Tensions escalate dramatically for Fredrik when Ryan unexpectedly shows up at his open house, leading to their most intense showdown to date.
