Meanwhile, Fredrik chases a lead for his Tribeca listing, willing to travel all the way to Miami to secure a sale. On another front, Ryan scores a stunningly renovated loft in Chelsea, but with significant construction set to commence right outside the master bedroom, he’ll face serious challenges to finalize the deal. Lastly, Luis and Ronita are on the brink of closing their first sale together, but they might need their co-broker’s help to earn that initial commission.
