Furious, Teddy decides to quit, but his frequent returns prompt Jack to recruit a new chef named Chet. As Nolita becomes inundated with customers eager to try the fish dish, Jack quickly realizes he lacks the skills to prepare it. Faced with a full restaurant and a growing crisis, Jack understands he must bring Teddy back to save the day.
