On October 4, 1992, an El Al Israel Airlines Cargo B747-200F departs from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Just eight minutes into its flight, the engines on the right wing of Flight 1862 detach. Tragically, the aircraft crashes into a tall residential building, resulting in the loss of 43 lives.
