Chaos ensues when Dodie confesses her own crush on Dustin, only for him to disclose that he actually sent a real love letter, but directed to Macie instead! Can Ginger untangle this romantic mess? In another subplot, Carl and Hoodsey trick Blake into believing they've sold his tonsils to a witch doctor, leading to his unexpected illness.
