A man posing as a police officer abducts the daughter of the affluent Sloan family. The Police Squad swiftly mobilizes in response to the abduction. The kidnapper sends a ransom note demanding $200,000. Meanwhile, Danko, Webster, and Gillis observe that Ryker seems preoccupied. After experiencing a fainting episode, Ryker ends up in the hospital, where he reveals to Jill that the kidnapped girl might actually be his long-lost daughter.
