Rascal's BBQ and Crab House (S01E03)

Robert heads to Rascal's BBQ & Crab House in New Castle, Delaware, a place that many people walk past but few choose to dine at. The restaurant is obscured by heaps of garbage, and its kitchen is among the dirtiest Robert has encountered. He initiates a major cleanup, and as the trash is cleared away, some hidden gems are discovered that can enhance the restaurant's appearance. Additionally, Robert unveils new dishes and a catering menu to breathe new life into the establishment. However, as the mission wraps up, Robert realizes there’s still significant work ahead to conquer the mess.
