Chef Robert Irvine is approached by Ayana, the eldest daughter of Luvina and Jameel, who run So Natural Organic Restaurant and Market in Harker Heights, Texas. Driven by their love for healthy cuisine, Luvina and Jameel launched the restaurant without any prior experience and have rapidly found themselves in financial trouble, unable to afford staff beyond their own family.
