Chef Robert Irvine heads to Loveland, Colorado, to help rejuvenate a struggling family-owned Mexican eatery. Ritchie and his mother Alma have yet to see any profits since their launch six years ago. To stay afloat, Ritchie has been managing virtual kitchens, but those efforts aren't yielding any success either.
