On a sunny day at Mali-U, Sam, Clover, Alex, and Britney are enjoying a walk across the quad when they hear an unusual sound—“Woohp! Woohp!” To their amazement, they spot a group of students participating in what seems to be the official WOOHP workout routine. Confused, they inquire about it, and Mandy and Mindy explain, “Duh. It’s the newest workout trend!” When they update Jerry, he shares their surprise and concern. Meanwhile, in a subplot, Britney is pulled back onto the team, reigniting Alex's feelings of jealousy.
