In a tragic turn of events, Hoss unintentionally takes the life of a drunken man he was attempting to disarm. Seeking revenge, the man’s brother ambushes Hoss, who finds himself in a dark place, losing his desire to go on. In an act of loyalty, Joe vows to avenge Hoss by killing Red Twilight, the vengeful brother responsible for the attack, regardless of the consequences, and he is determined to go against Adam if necessary to keep that promise.
