Recruiting the Team (S01E01)

After a long break, a detective grappling with personal issues reenters the police force, given the responsibility of forming a cold case team. However, he faces challenges right away: alongside a chaotic administrative assistant, he receives just two applicants. One is a disgruntled informant eager to quit the force for a career in real estate, while the other is a troubled officer struggling with addiction and frequently facing disciplinary actions.
