Robert, a gender-nonconforming performer, finds love and acceptance in his boyfriend Chris, a charismatic drag queen who adores him. Yet behind closed doors, Chris keeps Robert hidden from his family and closest friends. While Chris showers him with affection in private, Robert feels the sting of being a secret, excluded from the world where Chris feels most visible. The warmth of their bond clashes with the cold reality of being erased from Chris’s public life.
