Researchers propose that when humanity makes contact with alien life, we'll communicate using the universal dialect of mathematics and binary code. However, could it be that extraterrestrials have already been in dialogue with our top mathematicians and engineers? Some Ancient Astronaut theorists believe so. They highlight Nikolai Fyodorov, the true pioneer of the space initiative, a "Cosmist" who theorized that humanity originated from the stars and was destined to return there. Wernher von Braun, inspired by Fyodorov’s ideas, secretly harbored similar beliefs while leading the mission that landed the first human on the moon.
