Unable to enforce Da Rules during this time, he has to delegate his responsibilities to the nearest relative. Sadly, the only one available is his long-lost cousin Cosmo, since his Nana Boom Boom is busy with her Explosive Bingo game and his other cousin, Leonard Von Strangle, is away enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas.
