The girls head out to find bridesmaid dresses for Tara's upcoming wedding, but Shauna becomes increasingly frustrated when nothing seems to fit her. Feeling the urge to make some changes in her life, she starts thinking about her career options and decides to join a gym. Later, Shauna takes a leap and goes on a blind date, hoping for a new experience.
