George resolves to take a hard stance against drugs, aiming to showcase the arrest of the one-millionth drug offender live on national television. Former First Lady Barbara Bush arrives to contribute to the spectacle, much to the dismay of her daughter-in-law. Seeking to alleviate the stress from the clash between these two powerful women, George inadvertently takes ecstasy, thinking it’s aspirin. As a result, the serious anti-drug initiative spirals into a wild rave.
