After a frightening event, Elena and Alaric become more worried about Jeremy's behavior and his well-being. Alaric encounters the captivating Dr. Fell, who is fascinated by his unique healing abilities. In an attempt to negotiate with Klaus, Elena reveals information that leaves him utterly stunned.
